Welded together as a whole part,Stewing fire treatment after weldment.
2 - Platen: Surface polishing:1.6μmm, depth of parallelism : ±0.05mm
Plate with Q235A or 45# Steel .
3-Frame: Material:Q235 steel,thickness:80mm,parallelism:±1.5mm
Weldment:submerged arc welding, VSR treatment after weldment
4- Piston with material Chilled cast iron HS 68-75 hardness
5- Hydraulic Cylinder Cast steel ZG-270-500
6- PLC and all electric parts we use brand Schneider,and Best brand Zhengtai in China, control automaticly.
