Wire drawing part: de-coiling-feeding & straightening--shot blasting---vertical type drawing---taking up
Annealing part: de-coiling ---feeding & straightening (2 traction wheels at upside and downside separately)--No. 1 feed roller (3 traction wheels at upside and downside separately )--induction quenching--- water cooling---induction tempering--water cooling---No.2 feed roller (3 traction wheels at upside and downside separately )---hydraulic shear reversing--coiling (clockwise)
Fetures
1.The servo motor controls the spring coiling, the spring pitch ,the feeding angle, etc. separately.
2.With G code programming, the control form is more flexible. The machine can store the code, the production process can be controlled by the program itself, the winding speed can be adjusted.
3.It cvan flexibly control the spiral angle of the end ring and the pitch of the middle part, and can control the height on the spring. No manual intervention is required after the winding is completed.
4.Automatically connect the spring manipulator to catch the spring when retracting and move to the next station.
5.The material is automatically clamped and loosened, and the spring is automatically retracted. The winding process is fully automatic.
6.The reducer uses servo-specific reducer, which has large torque, high transmission efficiency, no oiling and no maintenance for life.
7. High cost performance, high speed and high efficiency, and durable automatic/manual lubrication, easy maintenance.
8. Use German Wago Terminal, the Wiring is firm and reliable.
